Row Cypher Inc.’s mission is the following “Row Cypher Inc. or “Redefining Our World Cypher” uses performing arts as a way to build bridges in communities across Chicago. Our organization puts on open mics, plays, showcases and concerts throughout the year. Row Cypher also offers a variety of services to schools, youth centers, and other settings that serve the Chicago land area.”

Our organization has also developed four core values. Art: A positive way humans can express and develop themselves. Self-Expression: A space where you can be you. Building Community: Providing individuals a group to connect to. Redefining: By gathering and connecting with others in a creative performance setting, people have a chance to redefine limited or stereotyped judgments about others and view their strengths.
